REFUND POLICY

 If you would like to return the product you have received you may return it within 30 days for a refund.

 

We are unable to refund opened packets of tea for hygiene reasons. We will refund the price of the product in full, and any delivery charges you originally paid for the item. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Please email us if you would like to return a product.

If the product you have received is faulty you can choose whether you would prefer a replacement or receive a refund including any delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.

We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

European Union customers are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of 7 business days.
