This is an area we are really passionate about adding to the website to showcase (in our opinion) some of the brilliant minds of a new wave of contemporary thinkers.
The individuals we have listed below are of present-day scholars who believe in furthering the study of the mind and the untapped power of mind over matter, radical remissions, mindfulness and the study of meditation, yoga and healthy eating for vitality and medicinal reasons.
During Kris's dark days of anxiety, these guys really helped him understand what was going on internally and offered information, tips, and techniques to heal his nerve shattered body and mind. They each had a calling in life that inspired them to become obsessed with the intricacies of the conscious and subconscious mind. They display such glee about this subject that by raising social consciousness, allowing people to start making choices towards personal development and spiritual awakenings, we are on the right step as a collective to help, support and guide each other through stressful journeys we all will encounter at least once in our lives.

There is a new focus on healthy eating and only making a few changes in the diet allows people to witness first-hand improvements in their overall health. You may even slow your thinking down, feel better overall and then be able to get back to being creative rather constantly worrying about every feeling you are experiencing!
