The Mindful Zone

On one hand, our main purpose is to provide you with high-quality loose-leaf Bulgarian herbal tea which enhances your taste buds, but on the other, we care a lot about enhancing our overall well-being! This is an area we are really passionate about adding to the website to showcase (in our opinion) some of the brilliant minds of a new wave of contemporary thinkers.

The individuals we have listed below are of present-day scholars who believe in furthering the study of the mind and the untapped power of mind over matter, radical remissions, mindfulness and the study of meditation, yoga and healthy eating for vitality and medicinal reasons.

During Kris's dark days of anxiety, these guys really helped him understand what was going on internally and offered information, tips, and techniques to heal his nerve shattered body and mind. They each had a calling in life that inspired them to become obsessed with the intricacies of the conscious and subconscious mind. They display such glee about this subject that by raising social consciousness, allowing people to start making choices towards personal development and spiritual awakenings, we are on the right step as a collective to help, support and guide each other through stressful journeys we all will encounter at least once in our lives.

Look at the stories emerging at present; schools swapping detention for meditation and seeing amazing results. There is a new focus on healthy eating and only making a few changes in the diet allows people to witness first-hand improvements in their overall health. A new focus on Stretching, Exercising, Yoga, Breathwork, Hypnosis, and Gratitude is now gaining momentum within a new-found belief system towards a calmer and happier existence in a fast-paced society.

The basic principle is; if you sit still for long enough on a daily basis and breathe deeply, you will gain insight about yourself! You may even slow your thinking down, feel better overall and then be able to get back to being creative rather constantly worrying about every feeling you are experiencing!

We are in a time period of ever-growing stress and anxiety, therefore, questions are being asked about the human condition. The truth is, the answers have always been there in ancient texts, we were just too busy playing video games, eating processed foods and living 100mph. It’s an exciting moment in history…..

If you have 10 minutes spare have a look at the individuals below – We would love to hear your comments and perhaps even grow this list with all your suggestions as well. Let’s build this community, raise awareness and help each other!
