An interactive 8 week programme delivered in 2-hour sessions  via MS Teams

Email handouts with summery of core teachings following every session, which you can have for life

Four recordings of guided Mindfulness Meditation practices

16 points of Continuous Professional Development (CPD)

Half day Silent Retreat (optional)

Certificate of Completion which you will receive at the end of the course

Course Requirements:

A commitment to attend 2 hours a week for 8 consecutive weeks in order to receive your certificate

Be able to find quite place with strong Wifi network when attending the online sessions

Commit to doing the homework mindfulness practices  minimum 5 out of 7 days a week (in order to gain all the benefits of this course)

Come in with an open and beginner's mindset

Be understanding of other people's journeys and experiences during the sessions

Be proactive and engaging during the Q&A sessions so you can deepen your knowledge and understanding
